Who she is
Nova studies insects. Her quest is a 10-question quiz. Finishing the quiz completes the line. The developer said you do not have to go down to her final spot. The trophy name is Bug Fanatic. If you are here for the answers, the quiz page explains the completion rule and why the question text is not reprinted.
Where she goes next
A long developer reply, posted in answer to a Japanese location question, corrects the next landmark. Follow the giant insect and you can find the answer in the world. The room after the courtyard is Zaramondus’s cave: back of the cathedral, about courtyard height, straight back. It is not the map room. Players who camped the map table were in the wrong chamber.
Her room one floor under the cathedral elevator is also the key room on the Depths route. If you are already in that shaft for the node, you are in her geography. That does not mean the quiz is answered by standing there.
