Tetsa’s check is the glaive’s Recall: the blade comes back to your hand. The light-up ability is a different Revelation. Players who demonstrated the glow and waited for a quest tick were showing the wrong verb. Recall in her line of sight, then talk.
Her trophy name is Don’t Touch That! The Steam flag is TETSA_QUEST. A separate achievement, Temporally Untethered (TETSA_BLIP_SPOTS), asks you to meet her at every timestuck location. Those coordinates are not in a primary list, so this page does not invent the circuit. The global unlock rate on that achievement is among the lowest in the set, which matches a hunt rather than a single conversation.
The loop she skips
If you interrupt her experiment, she will not appear again during that loop. The developer’s instruction is to look for her on another loop, in a place she usually stands. Waiting in the experiment room is the wrong plan. Bell 9 in the courtyard has produced a prompt with missing dialogue for some players. If the prompt is empty, patch up — several empty-prompt bugs were fixed after launch — and try the next loop rather than force the line.

Recall the glaive where she can see it. Do not demonstrate the light. If you stopped the experiment, leave that loop and find her at a normal spot later. Timestuck locations for Temporally Untethered are not fully published.
